Life’s ‘Most Wanted’!

To avoid…is to leave ‘a void’ inside your own self!

………………………

I am often asked how to deal with people who you don’t want in your life, but they are

There are many unwanted people in our life who we have to bear for various reasons – either we have inherited them, got them by circumstantial choice-less-ness or who have come as part of a package deal (they are important to the people who are important to us)!

It is good to deal with them in an emotionally-neutral way… behave normal… sound formal… talk general… discuss nominal… staying ignorantly negligent towards their irritant-talent!

It is so because trying to forget someone is a sure way to remember them! When you avoid anyone then they start constraining your choices and restricting your reach! Their existence gets magnified, eclipsing your own! This repulsion towards them creates a tension inside your own mind, blocking a chunk of your valuable mindshare.

So remember! When you avoid looking at the garbage, then your house stinks more! Better see it and deal with it! And yes! Shut-up while you do it…or else you end up breathing even more stink! Thus, unless they are too abusive or unsafe-with…take such people in your stride!

………………………

The irony is profound…When people are most unwanted…they automatically become ‘Most wanted’!
